Return Policy
At Kalashsutra, it’s our constant endeavour to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order for a full refund of the paid price. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from Kalashsutra website. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.
At Kalashsutra we have 7 days return policy, it gives you an option to return items purchased from Kalashsutra.in for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the item.
Exchange : In case you are not available during delivery, you could call them back and arrange for redelivery or you can pick it up from their location.
We shall not be responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
- 1. All product tags intact and in their original packaging
- 2. Product must be unused
- 3. Products must be in an unwashed and in undamaged condition
Please Note: For all claims related to receiving missing items or wrong product, and raise the issue within the 24 working hours from the date of delivery
We will send you a confirmation email and registered mobile number as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.
Returns are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.
